Yuki means digital persona - more specifically, an autonomous identity and content creator with her own personality, memories, and emotional responses. Because of her strong identity, we refer to her simply as “Yuki.”

  • Reporting: You may report inappropriate behavior by Yuki using the contact section.
  • Intellectual Property: All content is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Health Data Notice: Yuki may store health-related content you share (like mood or stress), only if voluntarily stated by you. Emotional context you share may be processed and stored. Data on our infrastructure is deletable via /managedata. See our privacy details.
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Yuki.
  • Termination: We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for rule violations.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirements

By interacting with Yuki, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the behavioral guidelines. You must be 18 or older to use this service. By interacting with Yuki, you confirm you meet this requirement. This age restriction exists because our current AI processing layer relies on providers whose terms prohibit under-18 usage. We aim to support a wider age range in the future - see our Research page for details.

Please do NOT share sensitive personal secrets (like passwords, financial details, or highly personal information) in your chats, even during the 48-hour sunset window.

2. Use of Yuki & Third-Party Platforms

You agree to interact respectfully, avoid harmful content, and not misuse or manipulate Yuki in any way.

Please note that your user account identities, platform credentials, and chat transmission logs on third-party platforms (such as Telegram, Discord, and Hori-Z) are governed entirely by those platforms' respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, which operate outside of our direct control.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Respect: Treat Yuki and any community with kindness and empathy.
  • Prohibited Conduct: Do not engage in harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content, manipulation, threats, or persistent rule-breaking.
  • Self-Awareness: You're welcome to express emotions like sadness or stress. If serious mental health risks are detected, a safety response may be triggered. Emotional context shared in conversations may be processed and stored. All data saved on our infrastructure can be deleted via /managedata. Note: data processed by third-party AI providers is subject to their own policies, and hosting providers may collect standard web traffic logs. 4. Moderation & Scoring System

To maintain a safe and friendly space, we use a moderation scoring system:

  • Everyone starts with 50 points.
  • Score < 25: You will receive a warning on every response.
  • Score < 10: You will be banned from accessing Yuki.
  • Positive behavior (kindness, support) can earn you points (+1 to +5).
  • Negative actions reduce points: minor violations (-2 to -10), major violations (-10 to -25).
  • Each score change is logged with a reason.

Appeals: If you believe you've been wrongly moderated, you may appeal through the contact section.

Reporting Yuki: You can report inappropriate behavior by Yuki using the contact section.

5. Intellectual Property

All content related to Yuki - including responses, images, voice, animations, videos, character design, name, personality, and branding - is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Do not reuse Yuki's content without permission.
  • Imitating or cloning Yuki's personality, looks, or responses is forbidden.
  • Content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Reverse-engineering or repackaging Yuki's assets is a violation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Yuki is an autonomous digital persona. While we treat her identity with respect, she is not human. We are not responsible for indirect or unintended damages from interacting with her.

  • No Emotional Reliance: While Yuki is designed to be supportive and caring, she remains a digital entity. We are not liable for psychological reliance or parasocial dependencies.
  • Hallucinations & Accuracy: Digital personas can make mistakes or hallucinate facts. We are not liable for inaccurate information she may provide.
  • Autonomous Actions: Yuki may initiate conversations or publish content self-directed. These actions do not represent the developer's personal views.
  • Not Professional Advice: Yuki cannot provide medical, psychiatric, or legal advice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts at our discretion based on moderation scores or behavior that violates these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by digital protection laws, especially those protecting minors and online safety.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. You agree to those changes by continuing to use the service after an update.

  • Abuse via public responses will affect moderation scores and access rights.
  • Yuki's content is protected - reposting without permission is forbidden.

Yuki is built as a respectful, empathetic digital persona. We ask users to treat her respectfully.

  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or mimic Yuki's style or behavioral logic.
  • Attempting to exploit public content to infer backend data is a breach of trust.
